First, we masked and protected the surfaces surrounding our work area. Then, we applied a high quality acidic cleaner and washed and rinsed the floor. Our high pressure heated extraction process flushed out deeply embedded contaminants and sanitized the tile and grout lines. To protect from future staining, we applied a clear sealer to the grout lines.
The homeowners loved the fresh, clean appearance of their floors.
