Do Clay Tiles and Pavers Require Maintenance?

The short answer is yes, clay tiles and pavers do require maintenance.  Regular cleaning with a tile safe cleaner is a great for simple day-to-day maintenance, but over time, walkways can develop wear patterns lines that just won’t come clean,  scratches, and increasingly obvious traffic patterns.

As these problems develop, you become more and more dissatisfied with the appearance of the clay tile or pavers until it’s time for another round of professional restoration. Ask about our regularly scheduled maintenance program which keeps your tile and paver surfaces looking great all the time, without the need for periodic restoration.
