In a recently purchased Carmel Valley, CA home, rug lines and damage diminished the look of the limestone floor. The new owners were concerned that this limestone could not be repaired. They called Set In Stone for a free estimate and decided that restoration would save a lot of money compared to the price of replacing the limestone.
The BEFORE image shows the appearance of the floor when we first arrived. Notice the rug line in the middle and the overall blotchy, dirty appearance of the limestone.
Limestone restored
First, we honed and cleaned the floors to remove the light etches, scratches, and other types of damage. Then we cleaned and re-sealed the grout to inhibit staining. The AFTER image demonstrates that our high-quality services achieve amazing results. No more damage. No more rug line. The limestone looks beautiful and new, as if it were just installed.
